**Vectors**

Vector is a quantity with direction and magnitude. Vectors can be represented geometrically or as a column matrix. In computer science, vectors are used to define geometric shapes. They are also used as a data structure and as a function to map one value to another. In this topic, you will learn about different methods to represent vectors and basic mathematical operations involving them.

This A Level Computer Science module introduces vectors to your students, explaining:

- Representing vectors
- Vector addition and multiplication
- Dot product
- Convex combination
